Jeffrey W. Evans, CFP.

Jeff founded Evans Capital Management in 1971.  He is involved in all aspects of the firm, though he specializes in insurance, business succession planning and charitable giving.  Jeff earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Gannon University in 1969.  He is a frequent commentator on the financial markets and the economy, and he has been quoted in magazines and newspapers such as INC. Magazine, Financial Planning and USA Today.

        

 Arthur A. Laneve, CPA, CFP.

Art joined Evans Capital Management in 2002, bringing more than 25 years of accounting and financial planning experience to the firm.  He specializes in comprehensive financial planning and portfolio management services.  Art earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Gannon University in 1973.

Steven T. Erhartic, CFA

Steve joined Evans Capital Management in 2005. Prior to joining the firm he worked for Legg Mason Wood Walker as a Senior Mutual Fund Analyst and Portfolio Manager, as well as an Associate Securities Analyst covering the software industry. He also worked as a Qualitative Analyst for T. Rowe Price Associates from 1997 – 2002. Steve graduated from Loyola College (MD) with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1997 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Cleveland CFA Society.
Shannon L. Morton
 
Shannon joined Evans Capital Management as an intern in 2004 and was hired full-time in June 2005. She specializes in comprehensive financial planning and portfolio management services.  Shannon graduated with Honors from Mercyhurst College in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Finance and is currently studying to become a Certified Financial Planner.

Robert L. Schriefer, MBA, LUTCF.

Bob joined Evans Capital Management in 2003, bringing almost 20 years of financial services experience to our company.  He specializes in insurance and investments.  Bob obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Gannon University in 1974, where he also earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 1979.

Mike Gryncewicz

Mike joined Evans Capital Management in 2005.  An Erie native, he brings more than 4 years of financial services & insurance experience to our company.  He specializes in Group Pension Plans, participant education and portfolio management services.  Mike earned an Associates Degree in Financial Management in 2000 while proudly serving our country in the United States Air Force.
